Home Buying Specialists are the frontline of our team, fostering relationships and crafting solutions to best help our clients through discovery calls and deep dives into the reason homeowners are in need of selling. HBSs require a bright personality that conveys through the phone, a genuine innate curiosity that drives them to dig deeper, and a hunger for more in all aspects of their life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Foster, nurture, and develop client relationships
• Learn, understand, adopt, and put into practice Oasis Home Buyers sales process and script
• Receive and qualify inbound leads
• Be committed to going through the full sales process with every qualified lead
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
• Utilize and stay organized within our CRM to schedule appointments, tasks, and follow up communication with clients
• Complete end-of-day KPI reports
• Review new deals with leadership team
• Consistently follow up with all qualified prospects indefinitely
• Be in office full time

RESULTS:

• Have quality conversations with qualified leads discovering their motivation to sell
• Manage tasks within CRM to ensure no follow up is missed with our clients
• Fallout percentage not to exceed a 25% rate
• Generate at least $75,000 of closed revenue for the company every month
• Close at least 10 contracts signed per month
• Have a 10% qualified lead to opportunity percentage
• All internal communication standards are met and followed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience
